Please be remarked:
Virtual registration rate will be applied only for situations as follows:

1. International participants who meet the difficulty in the international travel during the COVID-19 situation. (All participants living in Thailand are not allowed to apply for this kind of registration rate). In this case, the Conference will be switched to a hybrid format.
2. If the COVID-19 situation continues without any relieves while the Conference period is approaching. The Conference format may be switched to a fully-online Conference and in this case, all types of registration rates will be suspended. Then, the only type of registration rate that will be engaged is the Virtual Registration Rate. All participants who already made a payment of registration with previous rates will get a refund until balancing the virtual rate.

* The information regarding the Conference format and more will be frequently updated on the website. Please kindly keep up to date.
** Based on the current situation, the Conference format is regular. The Early-Bird and On-Site Registration rates are being applied now. So if participants have a strong intention or already make up the decision to participating in this Conference, please do not hesitate or wait for any change of situation. You are strongly recommended to make a registration and payment first to secure the advantage of an Early-bird rate. Otherwise, if the situation of COVID-19 was relieved, domestic travels are allowed, the fully-online format never happens. Participants who make a payment late after the deadline of the  Early-bird rate has passed will have to be responsible for the On-Site Rate!!!

Please be noted:
* If you are going to register as an AcerS/IEEE MagSoc Member or ACerS/IEEE MagSoc Student Member, you will be needed to upload a copy of the AcerS/IEEE MagSoc Member card or AcerS/IEEE MagSoc Member account into the website (The member status must be valid during the whole conference period). In the process of registration, there will be an option for uploading the file/member account.
** If you are going to register as a student (non-member of the AcerS/IEEE MagSoc), you will be needed to upload a copy of the student ID card or a letter confirming your student status (The status must be valid during the whole conference period and the letter has to be signed by your supervisor or department chairman). In the process of registration, there will be an option for uploading the file. 
*** In case of payment by bank transfer, a transfer fee is under the responsibility of participants.
**** For the On-site Registration, the registration fee payment is only accepted in cash (Thai Baht) and there is a possibility that the full package of conference materials may be out of stock (subject to availability).
