Taxi service is available from both Suvarnabhumi Airport and Don Mueang Airport. The price ranges from 1500 to 2,500 THB. We recommend booking the taxi prior to your arrival in Thailand. Travel time from Suvarnabhumi Airport is typically ~1.5 hrs and from Don Mueang Airport is ~ 3-4 hrs (depend on traffic situation). This is a list of taxi services:

By Bus From Suvarnabhumi Airport to Pattaya (~2 hrs)
Bus service is available on site only at Suvarnabhumi Airport. Here is a list of bus companies.
